Great rack and customer service

I ordered this to accompaniment a Christmas gift I gave my husband. I purchased 4 cups and lids for Christmas, but this rack was out of stock. I quickly purchased it as soon as it became available in January. Unfortunately, the first one that I received had a defect and would not screw together properly. I contacted customer service and they were great working with me on a solution! Not only did they send me a replacement rack, but actually mailed it put together so that I would not have this issue again. I’m very pleased with this product and it functions exactly as expected. I like all the designs on the wood as well. I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future!
